BY SUMMITTING THIS REQUEST YOU AGREE TO HOLD SURETY 3 AND IT'S POSTING AGENT AND/ OR INSURER HARMLESS OF ANY AND ALL LIABILITY AND AGREE TO PAY POSTING FEES, BUF AND PREMIUM NO LATER THEN 15 DAYS UPON INVOICE.
Surety 3 offers a Transfer Bond Service to enable agents to write bonds without traveling. Therefore,
an agent may request a bond to be written on their behalf by a Surety 3 agent in another county. The following
procedures summarize transfer bond services:
An agent may request a transfer bond in any county,
with the exception of his/her Home County.
Exceptions are made for agents in an emergency.

The Posting
agent has the ultimate say in what price they are willing to charge. Surety 3 staff will not spend time negotiating
posting fees.
Payment to Surety 3 for all transfer bonds is due upon receipt of the transfer bond receipt. Any agents with outstanding transfer balances that are more than fifteen (15) days old will be suspended from the transfer bond service until the payment is received.
All transfer bonds must be secure with collateral as well as good indemnitors.
A criminal can not bond out a criminal. No exceptions.
